Delivery and Installation information
We offer free delivery and installation if you’re within a 1-hour radius of our business*.
If you’re further than 1 hour away, installation is still free*, but there will be a delivery charge based on your location (a small fuel charge per kilometre outside the 1-hour zone). Get in touch with us to confirm the costs, as we occasionally run promotions that extend free delivery to a 2-hour radius!
To ensure smooth delivery, we’ll need to check that the access routes to your site are suitable for a van and trailer to get as close as possible. If we think access could be tricky, we might ask for some extra help on the day.
Please Note:
Electric Power Supply: A standard 13 amp plug socket is required for the air bubble or LED light systems.Hot Tubs in France always strive to make your delivery and installation as easy as possible, but please let us know if there are any obstacles at the site so we can plan accordingly. If any additional help is needed for installation, there may be a small charge, but we’ll confirm this with you when you place your order.
Warranty
2 years warranty. The warranty does not extend to accidental damage or general wear and tear.
