Getting into the Christmas spirit

Christmas 2021 is going to be so much better than last year, when we were all missing our family and friends. As well as planning a trip back to the UK, we are looking forward to visiting the nearby craft fairs and brocantes that are now being advertised. This Christmas though, for the very first time, we're going to be putting up our stall alongside lots of hard-working crafters. I love the festive markets, and they're one of the few things that I miss about the UK. So I'm really looking forward to this one and I'm already planning what I'm going to wear. Oh, and there are a few places left if you know anyone who makes and sells crafty goods. They just need to contact the organiser and book a stall - the more the merrier.

Getting into the spirit

While we're on the subject of being merry, I'll be getting into the Christmas spirit, and digging out my warmest, most festive hat. I have a few that I wear around this time of year, when I'm snuggled down in the hot tub with a glass of mulled wine. Because the 'Foire de Noël' is mid-November I'm thinking that the weather is likely to be on the chilly side, and a hat will keep my ears warm. For me there's nothing worse than having cold ears, except maybe frozen toes! That's why I always make a quick dash to and from the hot tub! (If you need any Christmas present ideas for hot tub owners, then a warm hat or a cosy dressing gown make ideal gifts).

October Open Day

Do you know someone with a great place, that has easy access for us to set up our Burford Deluxe for the day? Although we've had a couple of offers for our Hot Tubs In France event at the end of October, there's still nothing definite. There is absolutely nothing that the hosts need to do, except allow us access to an outside tap and electricity supply. We arrive around 10am to set up and usually start to pack up about 4pm. Me and Tim are fully 'house-trained' and always try our best to leave the place exactly as we found it. Plus there is a little something in it for the hosts too - a Thank You gift from Hot Tubs In France for putting up with us and a few visitors for the day. Our open days are a great way for people to ask us questions and to see a luxurious, wood-fired hot tub in action.

Special offers ending soon

It's also perfect timing for anyone thinking about buying a hot tub, because all our current offers finish at the end of October. We have a limited number of Burford Deluxe tubs with insulated covers for the discounted price of 5500€. In addition, we've got a few of the Supreme Steps on order, and they're due to arrive in November. These are available for 400€, which is a saving of 86€. So if you think that you, a friend, or even a local business could put up with us for a few hours on Sunday 31st October, then we'd love to hear from you.

Perhaps we could turn it into a Halloween event and decorate the tub with a few scary spiders or gruesome ghosts. We're always open to suggestions and we know that the Burford Deluxe will look fantastic whatever we do with it. But I think I'll have to buy another hat. Happy hot tubbing!
