Will the Burford Deluxe hot tub steal the show?
Happy hot tub businesses
You will all be familiar with our happy hot tub business owners from the recent series of posts we did on them at the end of 2020. Our business owners have found that having a hot tub on site for their guests has definitely been a worthwhile investment. Now it seems it's catching on in Scotland as well. The magnificent Castle Culdees in Crieff had been languishing in a state of disrepair for over 50 years when it was taken over in 2019. It is now being sympathetically renovated and restored, which as you can imagine, is costing a pretty penny.
Star of the show
To bring in much need renovation income the family have opened a luxury glamping site in the castle grounds. Recently they had three new Burford Deluxe hot tubs installed by our parent company Cotswold Eco Tubs. And we have to admit they do look absolutely amazing in their new woodland setting.
Castle Culdees is soon going to be featured on a new TV show, Million Pound Renovations, and we're pretty sure that the Burford Deluxe hot tub will be one of the stars of the show.
Luxury glamping
Here in France, one of our Happy Hot Tub business owners also owns a luxury glamping site. Le Ranch camping, situated in the foothills of the Monédières Massif is owned by Hayley and Mike Gibbon. They purchased two of our hot tubs early last year, as an addition to their luxury glamping site. Our Burford Deluxe hot tubs proved to be very popular and in the hot summer months they were used during the day as plunge pools to cool off in. Hayley told us that their guests prefer the hot tubs because of the exclusive use for each of the safari tent. And they are included in the rental price, so there's no extra charge. They proved so popular in the first year, that they are considering adding more tubs for the other glamping tents, the yurt and stargazer, sometime in the future.
"Safe to say, one of the most beautiful campsites we have ever been. Very mellow and peaceful. The campsite places are very spacious and private. We slept in the Safari tent 2. The tent and the decoration were great. The tent was complete and had a hot tub! Sitting in the tub under the stars with a glass of red wine...can't get any better than that!
